About BPC Youth Ministry:

“T’shuva” is the Hebrew word meaning “to return to the people God created us to be.” That’s the aim of Youth Ministry at BPC.

The young men and women of the T’Shuva youth groups meet every week to find community and grace, enjoy meals together and learn about God. We pray, talk, and support each other. We also play games, express our creativity, perform service projects and learn leadership skills. You don’t have to be a church member to join in.  All are welcome, so please spend some time with us on Sundays and special occasions throughout the year.

Our mission is to create a community for youth where they feel loved by God, loved by others and where they learn how to love themselves.

There are five areas of focus to help youth in their spiritual growth:

1. Instruction – teaching Biblical truths and lifestyles that honor God
2. Fellowship – companionship, partnership and communion with one another
3. Worship – learning what is means to worship God through adoration, praise, devotion, awe, gratitude and thanksgiving
4. Service – developing stewardship of talents, abilities, skills gifts and resources into a lifestyle that honors God
5. Outreach – sharing, encouragement, and expressing God’s love with others.

All of the above is achieved through a variety of year-round activities, on site and on trips. Youth group meets most Sundays, and youth are involved in all aspects of the church, including worship and mission.
