To meet the
needs of our large and diverse membership, we offer three Sunday
morning worship services at 8:00, 9:30 and 11:00 a.m.
If you're new
to BPC, or considering a visit, the descriptions below may help
guide you to the worship service that would be most comfortable
and meaningful for you. Everyone is welcome, and you don't need
to be a member to join us for Sunday worship.
The 8:00
a.m. service, which ends at 9:00 a.m., is generally more quiet
and subdued than the other services, and many attendees are long-time
members. Communion is offered at this service every Sunday. Childcare
is available for infants through 5th graders.
The 9:30
a.m. service, which ends around 10:45 a.m., generally has the
highest attendance and is graced with the presence of the Chancel
Choir, our main worship choir. Though children are welcome at all
services, the 9:30 a.m. service has proved popular with families
because BPCKiz (for infants
through 5th graders) and God
Squad (for middle school youth) are offered during this service.
The 11:00
a.m. service has become the "11th Hour Worship Experience."
This "emerging worship" service is geared to those in
high school and college as well as people in their 30s, although
people of all ages are welcome. The 11th Hour is "seeker friendly"
as well as Jesus-centered. It features the Praise Band, which is
sometimes raucous and always worshipful, connecting with the congregation
while giving joyous praise to God. The service uses the creative
arts - music, videos and dramas - to engage attendees. When you
come to the 11th Hour, expect the unexpected and be ready to leave
transformed. Childcre is available for infants through 5th graders.

The
Sanctuary is open daily from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. for personal
reflection and prayer. Come and pray for the concerns of your heart:
world leaders and events, church vitality, outreach and personal
burdens. Take a few minutes out to center on Jesus and to lift up
petitions and concerns, joys and thanks.
Special Services
Each year, BPC holds special worship services for Advent, Christmas,
Palm Sunday, Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Peace
Sunday, and Pentecost.
